Bride and groom portraits in Warrnambool in golden hour

Warrnambool Wedding – Grace and Tom

When I first met Grace and Tom to talk about their wedding in Koroit just outside Warrnambool they told me they wanted to have a big party for their friends and family and I think their day really hit the mark.

I started the day with the guys who went for an early morning swim before Tom went to visit some of his relatives’ graves which really set the familial tone for the day.

Once the girls had finished getting ready at home, it was time to head to Tom’s parent’s house for the ceremony. This was a relaxed backyard affair which was a perfect fit for the couple. We followed the ceremony up with a short drive to Koroit for some portraits.

It was then back to the ceremony location to rejoin the guests for the reception which featured an awesome cheese wheel cake and catering by the awesome Warrnambool pizzeria Bambino’s.

Once the formalities were done with it was party time and these guys knew how to have a good time. A big shout has to go out to the guys from Test Pilot Molly (some of the hardest working men in show business) for keeping the dance floor rocking until the early hours, if you are planning a Warrnambool wedding they come highly recommended!

One thing I’m noticing more as I get more settled in the western district is clients popping up as guests (or vice versa), if you look closely you can spot Tom in the background of this wedding from last year and both Amanda and Andre were guests at this one. I figure I must be doing something right if friends are letting their friends work with me!
